Strontium Affiliate Earning Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the Strontium Affiliate Earning Program (the “Program”)!

1. Program Overview

2. Eligibility

• To be eligible for the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You may not participate in the Program if you are a resident of a jurisdiction that prohibits affiliate marketing or the use of performance-based advertising.
• Strontium reserves the right to reject any Affiliate application for any reason.

3. Approval and Account

• You must complete a Program application form on the strontiumhex.com website.
• We will review your application and notify you of our decision.
• Upon approval, you will be granted access to your Affiliate account dashboard where you can find your unique tracking links, codes, marketing materials, and performance statistics.

4. Promotion and Tracking

• You may promote Strontium Products through various approved marketing methods, including (but not limited to) website placements, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• All promotional materials must be truthful, non-deceptive, and not disparaging to Strontium or its Products.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your promotions and any claims you make about Strontium Products.
• You will use the unique tracking links and codes provided by Strontium to track your referrals and commissions.
• You may not modify or manipulate the tracking links or codes in any way.

5. Prohibited Activities

• You may not engage in any activity that is illegal, unethical, or fraudulent.
• You may not promote Strontium Products using spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising.
• You may not offer incentives (such as cash or discounts) for users to click on your tracking links or make purchases without our prior written consent.
• You may not promote Strontium Products on websites or through channels that contain adult content, illegal content, or content that is hateful, discriminatory, or offensive.
• You may not use Strontium’s trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material without our prior written consent.

6. Commissions and Payments

• Commissions are earned on qualified sales generated through your unique tracking links and codes.
• The specific commission rate and payout structure will be detailed in your Affiliate account dashboard.
• Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided your earned commissions exceed the minimum payout threshold.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for any suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these TOS.

7. Term and Termination

• These TOS are effective upon your acceptance of the Program and will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
• We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your participation in the Program at any time.
• Upon termination, all rights and privileges granted to you under these TOS will immediately cease. We reserve the right to withhold any unpaid commissions if your account is terminated due to a violation of these TOS.

8. Intellectual Property

• Strontium owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Program, the website, and the Products.
• You may not use any Strontium intellectual property without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer

• Strontium makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program or the Products.
• You participate in the Program at your own risk.
• Strontium is not responsible for any damages you may incur as a result of your participation in the Program.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strontium shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.

11. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strontium, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses
