Web Development, Business App Development, Mobile App Development, and IT Business Solutions:

  1. Initial Deposit: For all web development, business app development, mobile app development, and IT business solutions projects, an initial deposit is required before the project starts. This deposit is non-refundable.
  2. Project Milestones: Throughout the project, we will establish clear milestones and deliverables. Payment for each milestone is due upon completion and acceptance of the deliverables. Once a milestone payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  3. Change Requests: If you have requested any changes or additions to the project scope, additional charges may apply. These charges are non-refundable once the changes or additions have been implemented.
  4. Client Satisfaction: We strive to ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and solutions. If you are not satisfied with the completed project, please communicate your concerns to us within 7 days of project completion. We will work closely with you to address your concerns and find a satisfactory solution.

IT Consulting:

  1. Consultation Fees: Our IT consulting services may involve an initial consultation fee. This fee is non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
  2. Advisory Services: If you engage our IT consulting services for advisory purposes, any fees paid for these services are non-refundable once the advisory has been provided.

Cyber Security:

  1. Security Assessments: If you have engaged our cyber security services for security assessments, any fees paid for these services are non-refundable once the assessment has been conducted.
  2. Vulnerability Management: For vulnerability management services, any fees paid are non-refundable once the assessment and remediation recommendations have been provided.

General Refund and Return Policy:

  1. Circumstances Beyond Control: We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, server outages, or third-party service failures. In such cases, refunds or returns may not be possible.
  2. Digital Deliverables: Due to the nature of our services, which involve digital deliverables, once the services have been provided or the deliverables have been accessed or downloaded, refunds or returns are not possible.
  3. Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases, we may consider discretionary refunds or returns based on individual circumstances. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a decision will be made at our sole discretion.
