You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or team per workspace.

Acceptable use

• Use the data and tools lawfully and respect the terms of our data providers.
• Don't send unlawful spam; honor opt-outs and the Data Privacy Act when contacting people.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Plans & billing

Free and paid plans have the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid features stay active while your subscription is active. Quotas reset monthly.

Availability & data

The service is provided "as is". Business data comes from third parties and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We aren't liable for decisions made from it.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service. You can stop using and delete your workspace at any time.
